When you access each course, you'll see an overview description of the included content. Inside the course, you will be guided through the material using a course player featuring instructor-led video tutorials. These tutorials consist of instructional videos, presentations, screen sharing demonstrations, and downloadable supporting resources. Additionally, all videos offer closed captioning, allowing you to easily follow along with the shared content.

A Track is a collection of individual courses centered around one specific learning topic. A Group is the collection of related topics that together comprise a track. While the Courses are designed to be stand-alone learning tools, they are best complemented by the content provided in the entire Track. The Library comprises all of our available Tracks, along with their respective Courses.

Some courses will provide downloadable handouts, presentations or reference documents. These tools are intended to support your learning and assist you in applying the tools you have learned to your own organizational setting.

Sargent L.E.A.D.S. offers Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) Accreditation. You will receive 1 credit for every full course completed.

Once you've purchased your preferred learning plan, there is a 24-hour window during which you can cancel or modify the plan. After this initial period, canceling or downgrading the plan will not be possible. However, you have the option to upgrade the plan to include additional Courses, Tracks, or even access the full Library.

Upon creating an account, you will be automatically added to our Marketing and Content Updates email lists. To customize your communication preferences, simply go to your Profile in My Account.

At the end of each Course, you will be prompted to complete a brief feedback survey about the content and format of the Course you have just completed.
